If you need excellent storage service, Beam has got it! I have placed my stuff there the last 3 years and finally collected everything back today. They will keep adjusting the size of your storage and charge you accordingly to save money for you. The van pickup service is very affordable and is also easy to book on the app. So, you can have your stuff picked up and stored away into the warehouse or picked up from the warehouse and send back to your home at any time. Some people might prefer to pick the stuff up themselves there, which is also possible (with no fee, if I remember correctly).Unlike many other companies, the girls are always on the ball in the live chat, with almost no response time, answering your queries. I just don't know how to thank you, Sherlyn! Btw, they didn't ask me to review or write this, if you ever wonder...

It was an amazing experience with BEAM. I left my luggage and belongings for 2 years as I moved out from Singapore. They took very good care of them, the support is top level (very fluent conversation and response time in Whastapp) and a super easy to use app. Very easy to coordinate pick up and drop off times, dates and locations. The tracking of your items in the app is also a plus.Thank you for your service during these 2 years!

No, you don’t! At BEAM Space, we make storage simple and flexible. There are no upfront deposits and no long-term commitments. You only pay for what you store, and billing is handled automatically on a monthly basis through your saved payment information on your customer account.

Is there a minimum storage period?

No minimum period applies. Whether you need storage for a few days or several months, BEAM Space adapts to your schedule. Storage fees are billed monthly at the end of each cycle. For instance, if you store your luggage on 15 January and check it out on 30 January, a one-month storage fee will be charged on 15 February.

How do I manage my items?

Managing your storage is easy with BEAM Space. Log in to your account to view your stored items, schedule a collection or delivery, and download invoices, all in one place. You can also download the BEAM Space app for free on Android or iOS to access your storage on the go.

Is insurance included?

Yes, insurance is included with your plan. With Storage by Item, we offer coverage of up to $100 per box or item. Our Storage by Space plans have coverage of up to $500 per storage space.

While we don't recommend storing highly valuable items, you're welcome to do so at your own discretion. Please inform us beforehand if you plan to store such items, we can assist you in arranging additional insurance, or you may secure extra coverage through your own provider.
